Ashok Vatica is a startup of a Senior Citizen Engineer driven by passion to uphold & nurture Indian culture while providing the modern facilities and comforts.
Ashok Vatica name has been taken from the Ramayana. Mother Sita was kept captive in this garden by Ravana but remained as pure and pious as before.The dedicated team of workers made the resort operational in just 7 months.
500 trees were planted in a complete barren land. All fruit trees, flowering trees & decorative trees adore the place today. Precios Tekwood trees & Pious Audumbar trees are the highlight of this Agro Torisum center. Audumbar tree (Ficus racemosa), also known as the Cluster Fig or Gular tree, is considered sacred dwelling place of Lord Dutta, It is a symbol of spiritual presence, and a focal point for meditation and prayers in the Dattatreya tradition. Many vegetables have also been planted to meet the fresh requirements of inmates.
Right at the entrance, from a very beautiful Gurudev Shri Dutt mandir, Gurudev Shri Dutt, Ganpati, Bajrang Bali, Khandoba & Bhavani mata idols bless the guests.
Rooms:
1) All rooms are with king size double bed. Rooms are large enough to accommodate 3 more single beds.
2) All rooms are A/c. A large mirror with cupboard to store clothes. Elegant lighting, side tables on both sides.
3) All rooms have large attached bathrooms with western commodes and high pressure flush system. Instant water heaters are provided and water supply is 24 hours.These are senior citizen friendly.
4) A large clean & hygienic kitchen caters to the needs of variety of test buds. Veg, Non veg, Jain and Chinese.
5) The dining area is neat , clean open to fresh air amongst greenery. Water coolers and fans are provided for comfort. Hygienically maintained clean buffet vessels with continuous heating is provided for self service.
6) Two Large Dormitories,one each for gents and ladies, with attached bathroom are provided on first floor. Each has 12 beds.
7) Each room is provided with freshly laundered linens, blankets, bath towel and napkins.
8) All rooms are provided with high speed wi-fy & mosquito repellents for peaceful and comfortable sleep.
9) 24 hour water supply is from borewell & gram panchayat. The bore well water is continuously checked from reputed NABL Accredited (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) and FSSAI-approved testing laboratories. Test report is displayed for information.The water is fit for human consumption but as abundant precaution for safety, water purifier is used for drinking and cooking needs.
The storage water tanks are cleaned by chemicals & by high pressure hoses every 6 months.

1) A large swimming pool of 100,000 (One Lakh) liters is provided with modern filtration system. Pool water is daily monitored for chlorine & Ph values.The water is always crystal clear.
2) A beautiful rain dance facility with music is provided for young & young at heart.
3) A massage room & steam bath are additional unique facilities at the resort.
4) To keep the guests engaged, many sports and games are available. Table Tennis, Carom, Chess, Ludo, Snakes and Ladders, Badminton,Tennikoit, Vollyball. Cricket net practice. Basket ball practice net .
5) Slides, swings, seasaw, hamock & merry-go-round are for children below 12years.
6) For those music lovers Karaoke Singing facility is provided with two mikes.
7) To enhance the beauty and serenity of pleasant, peaceful atmosphere, three beautiful fountains with changing colorful lights are provided.
8) For spiritually minded meditation and yoga site is provided.
9) The Shivganga area ( so named as Lord Shiva idol adores the scenic valley forest.) has many birds as their permanent habitat.
10)The place has many selfy points. Village hut, bullock kart landscaping, fountains, shivganga etc. In fact every spot is a selfy point.
11) The cleanliness is the key word. There are 16 toilets provided all around.
12) A large ground, dedicated for larger audience like marriages, birthday parties,spiritual or motivational discourses.It can easily accommodate 500 persons.
13) Two large rooms have been provided as servant quarters and / or for drivers of guests.
14) Car washing center for washing cars for guests. Also ample parking space for guests inside and in surrounding area.
15) We respect the elderly and physically challenged. The place has necessary facilities including wheel chair.
16)The place has Govt food & drugs license & is registered with MTDC for Agro Tourism.
